vviph Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and vviph ("vviph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at vviph.club and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimized versions ("Platform").

By completing the vviph account registration process, depositing funds, accessing any game or service on the Platform, or simply browsing any portion of vviph.club, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You have read and agree to the vviph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms;
• You have read and agree to the vviph Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement; and
• You are entering into this Agreement freely, voluntarily, and with full legal capacity to do so.

If you are registering on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and the term "you" shall refer to that entity. vviph reserves the right to require proof of such authority.

Access to and use of the vviph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for, access, or use any vviph service. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

The vviph Platform is operated for and primarily directed at players located within the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. vviph does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register or use the vviph Platform.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active vviph account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different personal details — are prohibited. vviph uses technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

To access the full functionality of the vviph Platform, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must complete the account registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued Philippine identification document; your date of birth; a valid Philippine mobile number; a valid email address; and a secure password of your choosing. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your account profile if any information changes.

vviph is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license) and may additionally require proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. vviph reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including prior to processing the first withdrawal, upon reaching transaction thresholds, or when activity triggers enhanced due diligence requirements.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point — including during KYC verification — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. vviph reserves the right to immediately terminate any account and forfeit all associated balances where false registration information is discovered, without obligation to provide prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vviph account credentials, including your registered mobile number or email address, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. vviph will never request your full password or 2FA code via email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from vviph requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to vviph support immediately.

vviph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, your sharing of credentials with a third party, or your failure to enable available security features such as 2FA.

You must notify vviph support immediately if you become aware of, or have reason to believe, that your account has been accessed without your authorization. vviph will investigate such reports and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension pending investigation.

vviph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa debit/credit cards, and Mastercard debit/credit cards. Available payment methods are subject to change at vviph's discretion. The current list of accepted methods is displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made using payment accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Where third-party funding is detected, the deposited amount may be refunded to the source account after deduction of applicable processing fees, and the vviph account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change. vviph does not charge deposit fees on GCash or PayMaya transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals from vviph are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account KYC verification must be fully completed prior to processing any withdrawal; (b) withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to you; (c) minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the Cashier section; (d) vviph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount exceeds applicable reporting thresholds under Philippine AML regulations.

vviph targets a GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing time of 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts with no pending compliance reviews. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. Processing times are targets only and may be extended due to payment processor delays, compliance reviews, system maintenance, or other circumstances beyond vviph's reasonable control.

An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive calendar months shall be classified as dormant. vviph reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, not to exceed ₱100 per month, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of dormancy fees.

vviph offers various promotional offers, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback programs, and other incentive schemes to registered players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated with the individual Promotion.

• All Promotions are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and have a fully verified vviph account, unless a specific Promotion specifies different eligibility criteria.
• Bonus funds and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each Promotion and are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× wagering).
• Where a Promotion is subject to a wagering requirement, real-money funds deposited will be used for wagers before bonus funds, unless otherwise stated.
• vviph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, except where the modification would materially disadvantage a player who has already accepted a specific Promotion offer and begun its wagering requirement.

vviph employs systems to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion more than once; coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions with minimal risk; collusion between accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially. Any account found to be engaged in promotional abuse will have associated bonus balances and winnings voided without compensation, and the account may be permanently suspended.

All Promotions have an expiry date or validity period. Bonus balances not wagered within the validity period will be removed from the account automatically. Players will not be compensated for expired bonuses where they failed to meet wagering requirements within the specified period.

All game outcomes on vviph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, and by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers for live dealer games. vviph games are subject to independent third-party auditing to verify the integrity and fairness of game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed in each game's paytable are accurate to the configuration in use at the time of display.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or software fault that affects a game outcome, vviph reserves the right to declare such a game round void and refund all wagers placed during the affected round. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. vviph is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions that are outside its reasonable control, including player-side connectivity issues.

All games on the vviph Platform are subject to minimum and maximum wager limits, which are displayed at the relevant game table or game interface before wagering commences. vviph reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Changes to limits take effect from the time they are displayed in the game interface and do not affect wagers already accepted by the system.

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, or event, as published in vviph's Sports Betting Rules section. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the Sports Betting Rules for a specific market, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail with respect to that market. vviph reserves the right to suspend betting on any event, void bets, or restrict markets at its discretion, particularly in circumstances where the integrity of an event is under question.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the vviph Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Including but not limited to use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, and identity fraud.
• Money laundering: Using vviph to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity. vviph maintains full compliance with the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and reports suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
• Collusion: Working in concert with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker and coordinated live table play.
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to play games on the Platform without vviph's express written consent.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in vviph's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through known software exploitation will be voided.
• Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing vviph staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access vviph systems, databases, or administrative interfaces without authorization.

vviph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we take our obligations in this area seriously as both a regulatory requirement and a genuine platform value.

vviph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you can set to control your funding activity.
• Loss Limits: Limits on the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on account access ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term restriction on account access ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion.

Requests to increase deposit or loss limits will be subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Requests to decrease limits or activate self-exclusion take effect immediately.

vviph implements mandatory age verification for all accounts as part of our KYC process. We strongly encourage all players who share their device with minors to use device-level access controls and to log out of their vviph account when the device is unattended. Do not share your vviph login credentials with anyone, including family members who are under 21 years of age.

All content on the vviph Platform — including but not limited to the vviph brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, layout, graphics, user interface elements, game interfaces, text, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of vviph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vviph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; create derivative works based on any Platform content; or use vviph's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of vviph's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vviph's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their vviph account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vviph specifically excludes liability for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) losses arising from player decisions regarding wagering strategy; (d) losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or technical malfunctions outside vviph's reasonable control; (e) losses arising from third-party payment provider delays or failures; and (f) losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the vviph Platform — including game outcomes, account management, financial transactions, or any other matter — you must follow the vviph complaints procedure as follows:

1. Step 1 – Contact Customer Support: Submit your complaint to vviph's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Your complaint must include: your registered account username or email; a clear description of the issue; the relevant date and time; and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, transaction reference numbers). vviph will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your complaint to vviph's disputes resolution team by explicitly requesting an escalation in your follow-up communication. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the team and a written decision will be issued within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 – Regulatory Referral: If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting the internal complaints procedure, you may refer the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the applicable regulatory body.

No legal action shall be commenced against vviph in connection with a dispute unless the player has first exhausted the internal complaints procedure outlined above.

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, vviph retains the right to seek injunctive, declaratory, or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with infringement of its intellectual property rights or other urgent matters requiring immediate judicial intervention.

vviph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, vviph will provide notice to registered players via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the vviph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting vviph support prior to the effective date of the changes.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations as a vviph player.
